Although Zach has lived in Philadelphia and other places after college, Cape May has always been home. He grew up on its beaches, worked his first job setting up umbrellas and beach chairs, and still has his parents and grandmother living nearby. After moving back to South Jersey and spending several years living with his aunt while saving for a down payment, Zach is finally ready to purchase his first home. For him, buying in Cape May is about coming full circle and putting down roots in the place that shaped who he is.
