- Alicia and Jarrod live in Clearwater, FL and Boulder, CO
- They are professional triathletes
- They have been married for 10 years and met at a triathalon
- They travel year round to exotic places for their races
- Often times they are not in the same place at the same time
- Their home in Florida isn't conducive to training at during the summer
- They rent a home in Boulder during the summer to train at
- Jarrod raced in the 2008 Beijing Olympics
- Alicia is training for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI

WHY A TINY HOME?
- They want to get rid of their rented apartment in Boulder and instead have a tiny home
- They want to have a summer tiny home in Colorado for training purposes
- They are looking forward to being closer together in their space
- They want to reduce their carbon footprint
- With all of the traveling that they do having a regular sized home is a waste of space
- They want the option to move to a different summer training location in the future if necessary
