Ronak describes her sense of style as a “little bit classic and little bit gaudy!” (She loves gold and crystals after all!) Her home combines the Golden Age of Hollywood while channeling the palace of Versailles… all with a 1980’s “off-kilter,” disco-ball kick! This place also comes with some history (and perhaps a ghost?!) This legendary Beaux Arts Chateau is the former home of silent screen star Rudolph Valentino. Oh, and other luminaries such as RuPaul and Britney Spears also lived in the Electrical Home! Constructed in 1923 and designed by J.S. Powell, noted architect of Reed and Company, this was one of the first homes in California to be built fully electrical, coming to be known as “The Hollywood Electrical Home.” The home was promoted as “an architectural replica” of the Petit Trianon, a small chateau on the grounds of the Palace of Versailles in France. Ronak just recently visited Versailles and indulged in a “Marie Antoinette” portrait experience that included putting on a full-period costume, a massive wig and makeup, and having her portrait done. Perhaps Kim and Toddrick could also play royalty with Ronak in this Hollywood Glam Palace? Ronak loves anything a little different, strange and bougie when it comes to her style and design. Whether it’s a crystal candelabra from a swap-meet or Gucci wallpaper: if it’s funky and fancy, she is in!

• This palatial estate set in the historic “Hollywood Dells” features multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a multi-leveled backyard, saltwater pool and lush grounds, however, out of all of these spaces, Ronak’s favorite is her walk-in, Louis-Vuitton-laden closet.

• The home’s primary walk-in closet is roughly 700 square feet and features sitting areas and a skylight. It’s Ronak’s favorite place in the house to play dress up.

• The show stopping exterior features mirrored, matching staircases that wind their way up to hand-carved, ornate wooden doors protected by guard-dog statues! There’s no better place in Hollywood to make an entrance! Oh and both rooms on the first floor are mirrored matches of one another.

• The exquisite spiral staircase functions as an eye-opening centerpiece of the home.

• The salt-water pool, features a Greek inspired mosaic design and is surrounded by lush, tall hedges.

• The “performance pavilion” is an ornate, dome-shaped pavilion that is perfect stage for bands and performers, making it a focal point of the yard. Ronak loves a party and plans one every chance she gets. She’ll often have the band placed in the Pavilion. Perhaps the perfect spot for Toddrick to perform?

• One of the home’s bling-worthy spaces is the 100% circular, game room that is adorned with Gucci wall paper! Yes, it’s Gucci and features bumble bees! Because, why not?!
