Alex Andrejko, 35

When Alex turned 18, he and his entire group of friends in Michigan decided to move to their dream city… NYC. That feeling in his stomach that the city gave him has stuck with him for 17 years. Alex is an agent at Douglas Elliman working in New Developments and the reason he went into that sector was because he felt like he had the keys to the kingdom. He likes that people come to him. To date, his highest sale was from a man he met on Tinder. The sale ended up being 8 figures. It was confusing for Alex because he was in love with the guy. While those feelings ended quickly, that commission check made it all worth it. What makes Alex different as an agent is that he treats it as a show, a performance, which makes sense since he studied theatre. People leave his presentation/showing wowed so Alex continues to push the boundaries on what’s appropriate for a showing. Last year, he met the new girl on his team, Sara. They started doing deals together and he fell in love with her Irish accent and gorgeous blue eyes. On top of that, Sara loves to party and really gets wild, so he knew she’d fit right into his group of friends. The reason he’s so close with Charlë and Alan is because of how much time they spent together at Douglas Elliman and because they never bore each other. Going out is always drama, always wild and Alex thrives on all of that. Alex was very much there for Alan during his breakup. Alex knew that they were moving too fast, but he was there for him however he could be. At the same time, these two can get under each other’s skin, especially when Alan bulldozes social situations. Both of them have gossipy reputations and it definitely gets them into trouble, especially with Charlë. When it comes to spending commissions, Alex loves his clothes. He likes to look different than other brokers who just show up in nice suits. He spends his money on expensive Gucci loafers, high end Balenciaga sneakers or anything Thom Browne. Dating life for Alex isn’t always great, but he’s ready to really find a partner, not just hookup. His standards are a bit high though… he’s looking for a guy who isn’t American, speaks 3 languages and wants to buy West Village townhouse very soon. He’ll only ever live in the West Villiage.

Sara Kennedy, 29

Sara is the new girl in this group of friends. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Sara moved to NYC 5 years ago. Leaving Dublin was a big deal for her, she’s close to her family and has a lot of siblings. But as much as she loves where she is from, she never felt like it was for her, long term. She got into real estate because her dad runs a Keller Williams office in Dublin, so she met with a Keller Williams team as soon she moved to NYC. After a couple years there, she wanted something bigger, better and showier, especially being in the New York market. Douglas Elliman definitely provided that. So, she joined the fun, young Tuinstra-Davis Team. Their current listings run from $3M-$18M. Sara came in without a huge book of business. But her sales technique, charm and work ethic got her ahead of a lot of other agents who have been working in the business way longer than her. She sells mostly is Brooklyn and Soho because of her Downtown vibe. One weekend, the team leads were out of town and asked her to show a $16M penthouse that had been sitting on the market for 2 years. The clients fell in love with her and the place and put in a bid. This bid then created a bidding war, which made her stand out to the team owners. After that, Sarah knew she needed to hustle hard to keep the momentum. So, she started strategizing on big developers. She succeeded and this got her in rooms with the higher ups at Douglas Elliman. During one of those developer meetings, she met Alex. While walking the site together and she was instantly obsessed with him. Not just because he’s an excellent broker, but because he’s unfiltered and not fake. It felt refreshing to Sara. After a few broker events and off-site meetings, they realized they both came into each other’s lives at the perfect time. They’ve been partying and laugh together ever since. When it comes to dating, she’s out all the time, but not prioritizing meeting someone. She tends to meet guys in bars, and a lot of them have been hot male models. She loves the chase and loves going after the guy that everyone in the bar is looking at. Plus, Sara knows her accent helps her in the guy department. On top of that, she’s low key and has an incredible confidence in herself so guys become obsessed with her easily, which can bother other girls she’s out with. Like Charlë. When Charlë met Sara through Alex, she was automatically drawn to her because she seemed so cool. As they’ve gone out more and more, she’s noticed that Sara is a huge flirt. And yes, Charlë has a husband, who’s normally at home while she’s out, but she’s social and loves to meet other men because they could become a client! There’s been situations where Sara ends up going after the guy Charlë is talking to, which is something Charlë has clocked.
