RISHAWN BOONE
Designated Managing Broker
Chicago, IL
Agent For 10 Years
Average Home sales per year: 26 | Sold Over 200 Homes In His Career
A licensed Designated Managing Broker with nearly a decade of experience and over 200 homes sold, Rishawn has built a reputation on doing what others can’t. Clients have jokingly complimented him stating that he is the Olivia Pope of home sales. Every time they call, he says: “It’s Handled.” His work has earned him recognition as a Top 10 Real Estate Agent for Client Satisfaction, over $100 million in career sales, and more than 300 five-star reviews, along with multiple industry honors including the Pinnacle Award, Diamond Vanguard Award, and features in Chicago Agent Magazine and US Top Agent Magazine. What truly sets him apart, though, is his mindset: when someone tells him a property can’t be sold, that’s exactly when he gets to work.
Originally based in the Chicago suburbs, Rishawn’s path into real estate started in healthcare, where he worked in a laboratory and planned to build a long-term career. That changed after purchasing his first home in 2016. Feeling underrepresented during the process, he saw a gap in the industry and decided to raise the standard for real estate agents himself. He began selling real estate while still working full time before eventually making the leap into the business full time. Today, Rishawn runs his own brokerage, leading a team of agents serving the greater Chicagoland area, from the city to the surrounding suburbs. His mission remains the same: to be the agent he wishes he had, delivering a higher level of service, strategy, and results for every client.
Rishawn’s portfolio spans hundreds of properties, from homes with unconventional layouts to stigmatized properties and everything in between. In one case, he was tasked with selling what could only be described as a “cat house, ”a home completely customized for dozens of cats, with every wall and room tailored to them. Rather than stripping the property down or forcing it into a traditional mold, Rishawn leaned into the furry and cuddly niche. He tapped into online communities of dedicated cat lovers and marketed directly to that audience, ultimately finding a buyer who loved the home exactly as it was.
And in one of his most unique listings, Rishawn sold a property built around a car enthusiast’s dream: a home dominated by a massive garage complete with an airlift and a rare collectible vehicle. The problem? Half of the home was a garage with a specialty lift for a vehicle. Knowing the traditional buyer pool would not respond, he went directly to his network of car enthusiasts, creating targeted demand. The result? Multiple offers and a successful sale on a property most would struggle to position.
Rishawn’s process is rooted in strategy, innovation, and precision. He believes every home has a buyer, the key is identifying exactly who that buyer is and tailoring the approach accordingly. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, he analyzes each property individually, often recommending strategic changes when they will increase value, or leaning into the home’s uniqueness when that’s the stronger play. He educates his clients with data, presents clear options, and builds a plan that aligns with both the market and the property’s story. His ability to pivot, think creatively, and execute at a high level is what allows him to consistently succeed where others cannot.
Outside of real estate, Rishawn is a dedicated family man, married for over 15 years and a proud father of two. He’s a self-proclaimed foodie who firmly believes Chicago has the best food in the country, a passionate sports fan, and someone who stays active in the gym several times a week. Known for being equal parts professional, personable, and entertaining, he brings energy and authenticity into everything he does.
