Relationship Background / Love Story
Ashley met Shaun in 2020 at a karaoke bar in Palm Desert on a rare night out.
Shaun came across as charming, attentive, and emotionally present.
He told Ashley he was opening a private membership club and offered her a job.
What began as a professional relationship slowly turned romantic.
Shaun love-bombed Ashley, promising a beautiful life together, and positioned himself as a mentor, partner, and protector.
Life Together and the Illusion
Shaun presented himself as a global finance professional with international business dealings. He frequently took business calls that sounded legitimate and spoke confidently about wealth, connections, and influence.
Ashley helped build the evolving member’s only club from the ground up, designing menus and flyers, organizing events, recruiting staff, and even bringing friends into the business.
For months, she worked at the location before it officially opened, often alone with Shaun, which she now recognizes as part of her isolation.
Commitment and Marriage Ceremony
On November 11, 2022, Ashley and Shaun had a private religious marriage ceremony in Las Vegas, between them and God.
They intentionally did not legally marry, which Shaun framed as a spiritual choice rather than a legal one.
Ashley believed this ceremony represented real commitment and entered fully into the relationship.
Shortly after the ceremony, Ashley became pregnant with their son.
Cracks Begin to Show
During the trip to Las Vegas, Ashley discovered that Shaun was using her photos to communicate with men online, role-playing as her via text and online messages while offering services in exchange for money.
She confronted him and he brushed it off, saying that he was just goofing around, evading the accusation.
Around the same time, a female roommate moved into the home, introduced as a paralegal, which marked a shift in the household dynamic.
Shaun rented out several rooms in the house via Air Bnb for extra income.
With the help of the new paralegal, Ashley uncovered several inconsistencies: Shaun didn’t own the house, didn’t own a car, and owed child support from a previous marriage.
Shaun told Ashley his son had been kidnapped by his ex-wife, a story later proven false.
During her pregnancy, Ashley reached out to Shaun’s ex-wife, Loryn, on Instagram to compare experiences. She wanted to contrast what she had been told with Loryn’s experience.
Loryn revealed that Shaun had never been in the military, despite his driver’s license listing military status.
Ashley learned Shaun had other children he never disclosed and a history of similar relationships with other women.
Much of what Ashley experienced with Shaun closely mirrored Loryn’s story. Both women were found during vulnerable moments in their lives, both were love-bombed, both were sold a dreamlike fairytale and both became pregnant. A clear pattern had emerged.
Escalation & Isolation
When Ashley began confronting Shaun about his lies, he began to turn cold and controlling, trying to isolate her even more than she already has been.
He isolated her further from friends, family, and work, keeping her focused on the business and the relationship.
Their relationship came to a head as arguments escalated when Ashley began asserting her independence. In response, Shaun gathered her belongings and threw them outside their home.
Disappearance
After Ashley began to dismantle and investigate Shaun’s fabricated stories, he began to panic.
He denied paternity of their unborn child and expelled Ashley from the home. Ashley hasn’t been with any other men during their time together. Infidelity was never on the table. She wanted to make it work with him.
During a final argument, in August of 2023, Shaun served Ashley with a restraining gag order (A gag order is a legal order issued by a judge that restricts one or more parties in a legal case from speaking publicly about certain aspects of the case.) It wasn’t valid because of an incorrect birthdate.
The restraining order was for “virtual slander” as Ashley was saying that the child was his and he was denying it.
Ashley submitted extensive evidence to the court, but she believes the system protected Shaun rather than her.
The last time Ashley saw Shaun was in court related to their child in August 2023.
Shaun has since disappeared, blocked her on all platforms, and no longer works at The Sweet Spot Club, now operating under the name Franck’s Hide-Out.
Why She Needs to Find Him Now
Ashley gave birth to their son alone and has received no child support.
Her son now has special needs, making paternal accountability critical.
Ashley wants the truth about who Shaun really is, not the man he pretended to be.
She needs a paternity test and child support for their son.
She wants accountability for the emotional, financial, and psychological harm he caused.
Ashley hopes exposing Shaun’s behavior will protect other vulnerable women from being targeted.
