Missing Spouse: Octavia
Last Seen: December, 2025
Married: May 2004
Relationship Length: 26 years together, 21 years married

Relationship Background

  • Antonio met Octavia in July 1999 through a late-night phone dating service called “The Singles Line.” He was skeptical of the service at first, but thought, “Hey, why not?” He and Octavia connected through their shared voice messages.

  • When they eventually met in person, the chemistry was instant. Their conversation flowed easily back and forth, they made each other laugh, and they felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely had fun together.

  • They married in May 2004 in a small backyard ceremony.

  • Over the next 21 years, they built a full life together, buying a home and raising five children, whom he lovingly calls his “five lights.” Like any marriage, they had their ups and downs, but ultimately they were a happy, bustling family.

The First Disappearance

  • In April 2024 as they struggled financially, the family lost their home. They moved into a hotel while trying to figure out their next steps.

  • Soon after, Antonio lost his job.

  • On July 4, 2024, Antonio was working from a McDonald’s, using their WiFi because their phones had been cut off. While he was there, Octavia emailed him from the hotel across the street where she was staying with the children. Her final words were, “I’m sick of this.” She explained that she was leaving with the children.

  • He asked where she was going, but she did not receive a response or any explanation.

  • When Antonio returned to the hotel, his belongings were there waiting for him. His wife and children, however, were gone.

Temporary Reconnection

  • Octavia decided not to stay away for too long and eventually reappeared, allowing Antonio to visit the children again.

  • By September 2024, he was seeing Octavia and the children regularly, although they were not living together at that time. He had difficult and honest conversations with them. He admitted that he had not always been consistent as a provider. He explained the job losses and tried to take accountability as a father.

  • For a period, things felt cordial again. They were not living together, but there were signs of possible reconciliation. Antonio believed they were finding their way back to each other. They began laughing together again, slowly rebuilding what felt like a husband and wife partnership and a functioning family.

The Final Break

  • In December 2025, Antonio’s life began to unravel once again after he lost another job. That same day, he told Octavia and explained that he would be filing for unemployment immediately, which he did.

  • Shortly after sharing the news, Octavia left again. At first, he did not realize she had left for good with the children. He later noticed through a tracking app that his children were traveling out of state.

  • The last time Antonio physically saw his wife and children was December 20, 2025. A Life360 app on his daughter’s phone alerted him that they were crossing state lines. He assumed they were traveling for Christmas.

  • Then he received an email from his daughter’s teacher reporting multiple school absences. That was the moment he realized something was very wrong.

  • Soon after, the phones were disconnected. With that, he lost the only remaining way to track his children. No address. No contact.

Tracking Down His Wife

  • Antonio does not know what city or state they are currently living in and believes Octavia is deliberately avoiding being found. He says that neither his wife nor his children answer when he calls.

  • Her family disapproves of his inconsistent work history and, as a result, they are no longer in contact with him. Antonio has also been unable to get any response from Octavia through email or social media.

Emotional Impact

  • Antonio says this is not about losing his wife. It is about losing his children. He has not seen them since, and he desperately misses them.

  • He struggles to focus at work or move forward with his life because of their absence. Each day feels suspended in uncertainty and grief. He constantly asks himself what he did so wrong that his children had to be taken from him.

Why He Needs Resolution Now

  • He is still legally married, and while Antonio wants a divorce for closure rather than reconciliation, he wants to finally close the chapter on his marriage.

  • More than paperwork, he wants answers. He wants to look their mother in the eye and ask why she felt that leaving with all five children, without telling him where they were going, was the only option.
