Jason didn’t go to Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar, he went for Rachel. Jason wants something turnkey and low-maintenance, while Rachel is focused on space, ideally a three bedroom home with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for them and their kids to comfortably gather, even if it means sacrificing finishes. Jason is tempted by amenities and a more polished property, even at a higher price.
