The Party Pad
Homeowner: Nicole Shy
Occupation: Real Estate Developer
Home Location: Hollywood Hills
The first thing people say when they walk into the home is: "Wow, I feel like I want to take my clothes off in here!" Not entirely sure what that means, but it’s a good start! The home is a sky-high, multi-level home with stunning views of Los Angeles. Visitors are greeted by a full-sized spider man statue, and then enter a grand foyer with a massive spiral staircase accented by a chandelier dripping in faux gems. The bar and kitchen area boasts bling worthy design: a snake skin dining table and disco-ball like, mirrored fireplace and matching bar. With room after room of with awe inducing views, and a style that seems lifted from a nightclub, this is clearly the ultimate party pad. Nicole's parties are epic and legendary. One of her favorites was an angels and demons party where every level of the home was either heaven or hell themed and people came wearing white, black, or red. If you were in white you received an LED light halo, and if you were wearing black or red you would receive horns to wear. One of her famous parties had over 400 people in attendance! It’s rumored that TYGA even rented her house from her for a special party!
The dining room has a snake skin dining table, sparkling mirrored fire-place that looks like a disco-ball, with a matching wet-bar that also has mesmerizing mirrored tiles! Perfect for parties! Every level of Nicole's home has a luxurious fully functioning bar.
Guests are shocked and bewildered by her “Red bathroom with a black horse’s head?” We’re stumped on that one too!
Her massive bathroom also features faux diamonds, gems, and sparkling, textured surfaces.
The home is designed to come alive at night with color changing LED lights. There’s also a full length Spiderman statue that greets visitors once they enter the property!
Nicole's flat rooftop is perfect for hosting people. The home has a 270-degree view of Los Angeles.
Nicole loves watching movies so she had an in-home theater built. There is still a huge window in order to optimize the view space, but can be closed with curtains while viewing movies.
