Natalie Geiger, 37

When Natalie was a kid, growing up in upstate New York, she was one of the only African American girls in the school. She always knew she wanted to live in NYC, where it was more diverse, where more people who looked like her. And she did just that. Today, Natalie lives in Midtown Manhattan and is best friends with Charlë and Janet. She met them 5 years ago through real estate. At the time she was working for a top team at Douglas Elliman. The team was working on properties that ranged from $2M-$30M. Her first sale was a $3M home in the Upper West Side for a very strange property where the owner was a swinger. The layout was bizarre but she still managed to sell it. Janet noticed that Natalie was really holding down her team and killing it, so she was surprised to learn that Natalie left the team after 4 years. The feeling of having to watch her back from her team leader didn’t sit right with Natalie. After such a tumultuous experience, she took a break to pursue other things. But now, she wants to come back to the real estate world with a fresh take on the field. Her goal is to try and find the right team by the spring of 2023. And she’s really hoping her girls will help her get back into the real estate game in the right way. Charlë is a go-to friend for Natalie, whether it’s advice about men, real estate etc. Recently, she was cheated on by a guy in a new relationship, so she’s open to someone new, but also a bit guarded. Charlë was there for her during this difficult time, Natalie really thought this guy was the one. She’s out and about and tends to date guys who are artistic and have that edge and cool factor. But things can get difficult for her when it comes to dating, and even friendships. Natalie is incredibly vocal about her feelings and if she doesn’t like someone, she calls them out immediately and wants nothing to do with them. Her friends know that she can’t hide her emotions because it’s always written all over her face and she’s constantly giving shade. She just can’t help herself. Charlë is nervous Natalie will eat Anna alive. Anna is the opposite of Natalie and knows this Scorpio will react to Anna’s antics. Natalie is a fashion girl at heart. She spends her money on makeup, fine dining, jewelry and her face. During the pandemic she started a brand called Cartella, the goal was to create a curated capsule collection of sexy and trendy clothes that women can wear to the office. It’s a side business, but it gives her the creative juices that she needs to be happy.
