After both successfully beating cancer, they decided life was simply too short to keep waiting for someday. Mike has one mission above all else: a driveway. In Wildwood, parking is practically a luxury item, and he refuses to spend another summer circling the block. Their budget tops out around $600,000, although Michele would be happiest staying closer to $500,000 so they can enjoy the home without financial stress. Michele is practical, organized, and laser focused on the inside of the house while Mike is ready to sign on the dotted line the moment he sees a great yard and a parking spot. After retiring from a 30-year career in law enforcement, Bill joined Maria full-time and proudly refers to himself as her "gopher" man, doing whatever she needs to keep the business running. The two are known for their outrageous marketing, playful social media videos, and willingness to do just about anything to get attention. Their love of the shore runs deep too. They were even married on the beach in Wildwood before celebrating with friends and family on the pier. For Maria, every client becomes part of the family. She still surprises past clients with holiday treats months after closing, and her motto is, "Begin as a client, become a friend." Having known Mike and Michelle for years, she knows this search isn't just about finding a house. It's about finding the place where their family can gather for generations.
