Michael owns a successful contracting business with his father, building and renovating homes from top to bottom, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchens, baths, and more. Because of his experience, the couple actually prefers a property that needs a little TLC, knowing they can personalize it themselves while building equity. Linda is right beside him, offering to lend a hand if need be. Together they're looking for an oceanfront property with a community pool, private beach access, and modern finishes where they can eventually retire and spend more time enjoying the laid back coastal lifestyle.
