Becca is the proud of owner of a turnkey home staging company that also offers interior design consultation called Grey Duck Staging and Design. Joe and Becca also buy and renovate their own properties to sell for a profit. And when this hard-working couple isn’t living and breathing real estate, they’re spending quality time with their two-year-old son, Greyson.                         

Joe is the numbers and sale’s guru of the two. His super power is his in-depth marketing analysis to accurately and precisely pinpoint the right price to sell a home. Over the last 5 years, Joe averages selling 35 homes per year. He’s the type of guy who’s never met a stranger and his personality shines as bright as his smile. Whether he’s planning the open house to end all open houses, knocking on doors to meet neighbors, or planning a massive social media marketing campaign, Joe is exceptional when it comes to getting the word out to the right people. Joe has planned event-worthy open houses with DJ’s, open-bars, hors d’oeuvres and even pony rides in the front yard.

Although she can sell a house just like her husband, Becca’s secret weapon lies in her design and staging ability. She stages roughly 100 homes per year and has acted as the head designer on all of the couple’s personal home flips. She has a keen and up-to-date sense of style which serves as a major advantage when she’s getting a home ready to sell. Whether it’s updating an eye-sore bathroom, staging a home with hip and inviting furniture, or undergoing a major remodel, Becca knows exactly what upgrades, renovations, and cosmetic hacks are needed to ensure that a home is sold quickly and for top dollar. Not a boring or typical stager, Becca loves a splash of a color and a funky decor item in all of her homes, which can be purchased from her staging company.

Both Joe and Becca admit that they have a friendly rivalry that goes as deep as who has the proper way to put the dishes in the dishwasher, or knives in the knife block. Petty? Maybe. But they are ambitious, talented, and driven, so why not?
