Addicted To Becoming A Super Hero
Leslie is admittedly obsessed with plastic surgery... and her goal? To look like a real, life super hero! It’s an unusual goal, but one that she has gone to extreme lengths in order to achieve. Inspired by the likes of anime characters, wonder woman and various other larger-than-life fictional characters, Leslie is on a mission to look like her version of a super hero and she will go to any length to achieve her goal.
Thus far, Leslie has had three breast augmentations, butt implants and a BBL with Lypo 360, rhinoplasty, lip fillers, face filler, Morpheus 8, botox and veneers. She just recently (as of June 2024) had another breast augmentation (this is number 4!) to go even larger. Her breasts are already extremely large, so she’s continuing to push the envelope with this latest procedure!
Leslie was a shy, introverted young woman who never felt especially pretty, or really special, or remarkable in any way. She felt invisible and unnoticed. She would spend her time getting lost in anime, books, cartoons and movies finding confidence and reassurance in the characters she would soon come to idolize...and then imitate.
Although Leslie has found confidence, attention and internet fame, she questions: at what cost does this new life come with? She fully admits that she is addicted to the procedures, the maintenance routines and the resulting attention. Can she stop it? Does she want to? At times, yes, she does want to stop. She has considered walking away and having a “normal life,” wondering what it would be like to not spend her time, money and energy planning for the next procedure or constantly obsessing about her looks or the energy it takes to maintain her appearance. She could be free toenjoy her loving partner Michael, spend their money on practical things, she could travel, see the world. She wouldn’t be trapped by an obsessive goal to become a super hero. But then she oscillates back to the original goal, reasoning: “I’m in this far, I might as well go all the way.” Leslie has investedover 100k of her and her fiance’s money in her appearance. To them, it’s an investment because she gets attention and online fame from her look. If she stops now, what happens to that investment? Plus, if Leslie were to turn back, that process involves surgeries to “undo” the unnatural procedures that have taken her years to accomplish. This internal conflict only begs the question: which path truly makes Leslie happy? Is she pushing for her goal for the right reasons? Is this addiction to plastic surgery helping or hurting her?
