That leap into coastal living eventually led her into real estate, where she’s spent the last six years helping others chase the same dream. Known for her strong communication and negotiation skills, Kim guides clients with patience and honesty, whether they’re first-time buyers or seasoned investors. She has a talent for uncovering hidden gems. Her process is hands-on and personal, with FaceTime tours for out-of-town buyers and full days of exploring beach houses for those who can make the trip.
