Keith Jean-Pierre is a larger-than-life, ebullient extrovert with a passion for real estate and a knack for selling properties that other agents struggle to move. Stylish, charismatic, and endlessly entrepreneurial, Keith has built a reputation for taking on challenging listings whether it’s a gutted foreclosure overrun with squatters, a contaminated former gas station, a smoke-damaged condo, or a bizarre floorplan buyers can’t understand and finding creative ways to make them desirable. 

Keith’s entrepreneurial instincts started young. At just 13 years old, he launched an online business selling rare and out-of-production model cars to collectors around the world, building relationships with wealthy clients decades older than him long before entrepreneurship was trendy or mainstream. Keith entered the real estate business at just 19 years old and quickly became one of the youngest agents ever hired by his RE/MAX office. Today, he oversees boutique teams operating across New Jersey, New York, Florida, and California, with a lean roster of high-producing agents under him. His teams collectively sell more than 100 homes annually, while Keith personally handles more than 50 listings a year.

Over the years, Keith has developed a reputation for taking on listings that other agents either couldn’t sell or didn’t want to touch. One of his most memorable properties was a gutted short sale home filled with mold, unfinished renovations, missing floors, and squatters using the corners of the house as bathrooms because there was no working plumbing. Rather than hide the chaos, Keith launched an aggressive auction-style campaign with a teaser price that generated massive investor curiosity, resulting in hundreds of visitors, dozens of offers, and a final sale well above market value. In another case, he sold a contaminated former gas station lot that nobody would touch by personally tracking down developers and pitching them redevelopment ideas face-to-face until one bought into the vision. Keith has also sold chain-smoker homes, hoarder properties, overpriced luxury estates with financing challenges, condos with no available financing, and homes on undesirable roads or with awkward layouts.

Keith believes complicated homes need strong storytelling and presentation, so he invests heavily in photography, walkthrough videos, staging consultations, pre-list inspections, targeted advertising, and hands-on client guidance. He also personally handles many of the showings himself because he understands that difficult homes often need a persuasive narrator,someone who can help buyers see opportunity instead of flaws. 

Keith is highly aware of his look and his brand. He was raised around fashion through his father’s career in the industry, so Keith built “The Dapper Agents” brand around his love of dressing sharply and presenting himself as a polished persona.
