Our Carrie Bradshaw at heart is Ashtin. She’s a fashionista strutting downtown looking for love! After growing up in an Armenian family in Orange County, she went to college in the South where she met her college sweetheart. Because he was a conservative guy from a Bible Belt family, in order to move in together they had to get married. She was 22. Years later, she realized that she did not want to sit at home alone all day or even live in the Midwest. So, she divorced him at 26 and moved to NYC to pursue her dreams. Her first job was in fashion events with IMG. It was there, she really entered the nightlife and fashion scene. Planning fashion week, store openings, attending big fashion parties, she loved the lifestyle, but she wasn’t making enough money. So, she traded luxury fashion for luxury real estate and got her start at a boutique firm called APT 212. That’s where she met Georgeann.

Georgeann was living in Hong Kong with her 7-year dreamboat boyfriend. One day, she woke up and realized how much she prioritized HIS life and HIS feelings. If he wasn’t going to propose to her after 7 years, what was she doing? So, she broke up with him and moved to NYC to start a new life. She knew real estate was a lucrative move and with her marketing background she was hired to be the Marketing Director at APT 212. But this money hungry, ball buster knew that she could utilize her major contacts and also be an agent, so she got her license. Now, she’s selling $100 million properties to some of her ultra-wealthy Chinese friends she met when living in Hong Kong. One day at work, she noticed a new co-worker, Ashtin, with an amazing outfit on, and said “let’s go get drinks!” It was noon.

Ashtin moved on from APT 212 and is now an agent at The Corcoran Group, which is how she met Sarah. After being homeschooled by her Trinidadian mother, in the Upper East Side, Sarah knew she needed to have a lucrative career. How else would she keep up her Gossip Girl lifestyle? Shopping on Park Ave with her stepdad’s credit card, table service at clubs at 17 or attending charity galas dressed to the nines, she did it all from a very young age. She was lucky enough to also model, doing e-commerce and swimwear campaigns. From there she was a stylist for an Australian women’s brand. One day at work, a powerful real estate broker came to visit and as Sarah kept upselling her, the woman told her she must get into real estate. So, she did! Now, she’s an agent on one of the top teams at Compass, The Fridman Group. Being in the nightlife scene as a young teen, Soho and Tribeca were her playground. Whether it was going to clubs or dinner at Catch, she was always there. She knew she needed to sell real estate in that area. But this girl isn’t just about the club and fine dining life. After her father died of cancer, she became invested in the charity scene. Every year, she attends the Mid-Summer Angel Gala for the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation. Not only does she get to dress up and pay tribute to her late father, but she also gets clients or even a date!

Years ago, Ashtin was having one of her monthly dinner parties in her quintessential single girl, Soho, brownstone apartment. She had invited both Georgeann and Sarah and knew she had to sit them by each other. Of course, they hit it off right away. Sarah loved Georgeann’s party girl, no nonsense spirit. Georgeann couldn’t believe Sarah was younger than her, she seemed so much older and put together. She loved how boy crazy and real Sarah was. It was then and there they all became a girl group. Wild nights out, crazy dating stories, exclusive trips and of course real estate… these girls had so much in common.

Ashtin is not your typical agent, it’s not all blazers and business casual for this fashionista. In her mind, sex sells. She likes dressing for her curvy body. Hell, she paid for it might as well put it to good use. Plus, most of her clients are a younger clientele. Whether it’s from meeting people out every night or athletes, she’s got her own thriving book of business. Like the $12 million property she’s currently showing a professional hockey player right now. Sarah is currently the number one agent on her team, and that’s important to her. She does not want the other agents to get ahead. She plays sweet but she’ll do whatever it takes to get to closing. She currently has a $9 million property about to close. Georgeann is cutthroat and doesn’t hide it. Her network is her specialty. She doesn’t need to use leads generated from the business. If she’s not looking for off-market, $100 million dollar townhouses, she’s working with Chinese developers. She’s about to close on a new development where she will get a cut of each condo sale and will work on two new buildings from the same developer.

All three are single, but in different stages. Ashtin goes on 5 dates a week and sometimes has trouble balancing all the guys. She tends to date athletes who are never looking to settle down…but they always end up buying properties from her. She has been single for 3 years and is looking to find a true connection. It’s a numbers game so she’s out there. Georgeann is emotionally damaged from the ex. The truth is she’s still in love with him but knows she must protect herself. She tends to make crazy and questionable decisions in her love life. For example: hooking up with her ex’s best friend… She goes on dates but mostly meets guys from out on the town. Whether it’s just hooking up or giving it a trial run, all the guys seem to fall hard for her. And they fall too hard too fast which is when she gets turned off and tells them it’s over. Sarah is very picky when it comes to guys. She’s not looking to find her husband but would like to find someone that keeps her interest. She’s never really been in love and does feel insecure by that. Sarah tends to only date guys who belong to her membership clubs (Classic Car Club Manhattan and The Players Club) or she meets them at one of her charity galas. She likes to be spoiled with lobster and caviar and really will only date them if they are above 6’4”.

This trio is out EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT! That’s what you must do when you’re a young, single, female broker. Whether front of the line of Gospel (they know all the owners and managers), a fancy client dinner at Zero Bond, dinner parties at Georgeann’s gorgeous condo, exclusive events or wild brunches in Soho, these girls bring the charm, gossip and laughs. At the end of the day, they don’t go out without a motive. If they don’t meet a great guy, they’ll for sure meet a client.
