Cousins Terry and Bill are real estate investors in the Phoenix area. They saw this under-appreciated property with the bones of an incredible pool and decided that they wanted to make the ultimate party palace. They brought in Chris from Copper Leaf to completely reimagine the existing pool and create an oversized resort style pool that is 4 times the size of a normal pool build. The freeform lagoon style has a lazy river that carries guests around the pool. The pool has 8 pumps to support the massive amount of water, as opposed to the standard 1 pump in most “normal” pools. Terry and Bill enjoy the swim-up bar and rock waterslide and the hidden cove. The pool is the centerpiece of a backyard designed for outdoor fun. Not only is there an incredible over-sized pool with all the bells and whistles, they also jam packed the place with even more fun features: backyard games, shuffleboard court, basketball court, an in-home gaming room, putting green and a cage designed to practice your golf-swing.
