The Burke family purchased their lake house on Lake Cedar Creek and knew they wanted to create a place for all of their friends and family to enjoy. The long summer days in Texas inspired them to completely renovate the existing pool on the property and create their dream party sanctuary with “wow factor.” As die-hard sports fan, the Burkes needed to be able to watch their favorite games at any time of the day. They installed hidden, in-ground televisions that are controlled via blue tooth on a cell phone. The TVs are temperature rated between -45 and 145 degrees, so they can withstand any climate. They can also elevate up to eleven feet in the air and swivel 360 degrees. There’s always a perfect view of the game! During the planning stages of the project, the Burkes decided that one pool wasn’t enough – they did 3 different pools! One pool is deep enough for diving and jumping in from the rocks, the other is shallow enough for water games and sunbathing and their 15-person hot tub is meant for relaxing. Their favorite features are the swim up bar, full kitchen, beach entrance and the 45-foot waterslide. Additionally, there’s a flowing creek that runs through the property that weaves through the pool area. There are bridges and rock steps that help to navigate over the charming creek. The Burke’s love to host parties and it’s not uncommon for them to have 60 people over for a pool party with plenty of room to spare!
