Victoria originally met Blaine through a mutual friend during a staging at a development in Tribeca. Jess met Victoria through work (Victoria was formerly at Douglas Elliman) and was introduced to Blaine through Victoria. The three ladies now have an incredibly close-knit friendship. They’re each other’s therapists, sisters, party-girls and wing women, jet-set companions, shoulder to cry one.... The list goes on and on…

Victoria is a force to be reckoned with in real estate. With a career spanning nearly a decade, she’s overseen multiple 7-figure transactions, including a 7-million-dollar home. Her ex-boyfriend comes from NYC realty-royalty, so her current portfolio boasts some of the most sought-after properties in Tribeca. Not to brag, but she has exclusive access to most of Tribeca. Part of her income comes from high-end celebrity rentals. She’s helped multiple celebrities find their pied-à-terre in the city, spending hundreds of thousands a year, simply to rent a place! Victoria is also getting her NJ real estate license as she wants to continue to expand her real estate empire, and NJ is an up-and-coming market.

Although many people might mistake Blaine as a former model, this blonde bombshell went to school specifically for interior design. After years working for the Interior Marketing Group, a high-end staging and interior design firm, Blaine decided to strike out on her own. She’s a home stager, interior stylist and professional organizer working with high-net worth individuals throughout the city. Blaine has impeccable taste and been known to spend thousands on a sofa. She can also get her hands dirty and build her own pieces. Victoria will gift Blaine’s services to her clients, and Jesse has made sure that Blaine is a preferred vendor for Douglas Elliman.

Jesse is the “it-girl” of all things PR and social media at DE, and she’s very much in demand. If a broker wants to be featured on the DE social channels, guess who they need to buddy up to? Fact is, if you’re friends with Jesse you’ll get social media priority, a hot commodity in today’s digital marketing world. Jesse has even received bribes from agents designed to win her over. Vacations, handbags, gourmet treats… all comes with the territory. Jesse is incredibly well connected in NYC because of her job. She knows everyone and understands the value and importance of social media relevancy when it comes to real estate. When Jesse isn’t putting out real estate PR disasters, she’s brokering “collabs” with NYC real estate influencers. Her job takes her to the most prized properties in the city and meeting with famous social media stars. Hey, she even did a shoot with Catherine Zeta Jones! Jesse has studied to get her license, but hasn’t yet taken the test. She knows that she has probably missed out on some big commission checks by referring people to her DE clients, but she’s realized that she shouldn’t be referring anyone: she should be closing those transactions.

Sadly, Jesse’s love life isn’t as “hot” as her career. One of Jesse’s best guy friends (Michael) from college has recently pursued her romantically. She has tried really hard to make it work with Michael. He’s the perfect guy. Handsome, caring, funny, established. Catch is… she hasn’t “caught feelings.” She can’t force herself to love him. So, she’s in a situation-ship blurring the line between friend and more than friends. Can she do the right thing and be honest about her feelings for him? If she’s honest will she lose him as a friend forever? Or, is it better to preserve their relationship and for her to live what she knows deep down to be a lie? The predicament has caused major anxiety that only her friends and a strong martini can alleviate.

Victoria comes to the dating world with a hefty amount of baggage. She came out of a seven-year relationship approximately a year ago. Although she’s friendly with her ex-fiancé now (they still have some business together), she feels that she has trauma held over from being in a toxic relationship with a narcissist. Victoria is in a new relationship that she is head over heels for. He’s witty, successful, sexy and funny. Everything is going great. Her girlfriends are supportive, but cautious: this is the honeymoon phase after all. She’s pushing the “move in” conversation and her friends and family are telling Victoria that she’s moving too fast and she needs to let things happen naturally. Being pushy and assertive is in her nature, so taking a step back isn’t an easy thing for Victoria to do.

Funnily enough Blaine is also in a new relationship with a man named Tommy. Turns out Tommy is an old high-school friend of Victoria’s. Coincidence? Kinda, sorta. Tommy was pursuing Blaine from afar as he was aware of her through Victoria but didn’t/couldn’t get Victoria to set him up, until Blaine made a very rare cameo on the dating apps and he took his shot. It’s a very new relationship and Blaine is in the “get to know you” phase with Tommy. Blaine is cautiously optimistic, but in her experience, it’s always at this point that her relationships break apart. She’s hoping for the best with Tommy, but nothing is 100% official until it’s…100% official! Blaine is also highly aware that this person is also tied to Victoria’s life. If things go South, it doesn’t just impact her but it also impacts Victoria.

These lovely ladies are hysterical, sexy, accomplished and ambitious. They have each cornered the market on their real estate specialty and have big plans for their futures. Whether they’re showing a multi-million-dollar penthouse, staging a new listing or getting in trouble for belting out show tunes at their favorite restaurants, these gals are nothing short of entertaining.
