Ashley Wardlow, a seasoned Private Investigator, Certified Fraud Examiner, and military veteran, combines expertise, resilience, and determination in the fight against marital abandonment and fraud. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Chemistry and Master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology and Digital Forensics, she excels in uncovering hidden truths. Growing up in Chicago, Ashley overcame significant challenges, excelling academically and skipping a grade leading to her attending a prestigious highschool, the military and ultimately pursuing higher education in Florida. Her skills in investigation, discipline, and leadership were honed as an ex-Military Police Officer, laying the foundation for her accomplished career. Ashley holds a license as a private investigator in the State of Florida and has been featured on The Carol Powell Lexing Show Podcast, NPR’s Morning Edition, and Crime Stories with Nancy Grace.

Ashley personally related to the topic of marital abandonment as it has happened to her. Her husband, who was a citizen of a different country, abandoned her and her daughter without warning or explanation. Ashley investigated her own husband to understand where he was and what he was doing. She ultimately was able to find enough evidence to locate her husband, gain closure and annul her marriage. By using her investigative skills, Ashley uncovered infidelity, fraud, and more, culminating in Illinois’ first marriage annulment based on immigration fraud.

Today, Ashley empowers others through Wardlow Consulting, helping pro se litigants navigate the legal system with confidence. As a mentor and advocate, she uplifts young girls in underserved communities through initiatives like Focus Fairies, fostering self-esteem and resilience. With an unwavering commitment to justice and a deeply personal connection to her work, Ashley Wardlow’s journey of turning pain into power makes her an inspiration to others.
