AJ Ramirez is the owner of AJ’s Custom Cookers, a high-end grill and smoker company based in Fort Worth, TX. A competitive family man, he is obsessed with developing unique grill and smoker designs, and is most happy when his customers let him go the extra mile, creatively, with their orders. One of his most creative builds is his, “live fire table,” that cooks any type of food in dozens of different ways. He jokingly credits his OCD for his success, as he can easily eyeball if any part of a build is even a fragment of an inch off. He strives on perfection, both with his builds as well as when he is manning the grill!
